The project outcomes

The partnership applied for the project ICT Skills 2 in order to develop new contents based on the theoretical and methodological assumptions of the associated project ICT Skills for Guidance Counsellors project.

Specifically, the project frames a standard e-guidance practitioner profile for guidance practitioners delivering services to their clients using ITC. The profile is shared at the transnational level but is flexible enough to be adapted for other national and sectoral contexts.

The outcomes of the project will include also:

- reports offering an overview in the partners countries on the issue of ICT in guidance and containing recommendations in the field;

- a free access, open source platform that will be maintained beyond the life of the project and made available to the widest community of users;

- an e-portfolio that captures the performance, the standard of learning, the process of learning, the choice, the different models of learning, reasons and motivations, the made progress and the learning context for an individual skills assesment;

- an online self-assessment skills tool, based on the map of guidance-related ICT competences, useful for define and valorise the ICT competences acquired by guidance practitioners within formal, informal and non-formal contexts;

- a blended learning training path, framed in distance and presential training modules, which will have a credit value based on the European Credit Transfer System (ECTS);

- national pilots in all partner countries in order to test the training path and validate the e-guidance practitioner profile.

In order to have access to ICT SKILLS 2 project tools it is necessary to log into the private area of the site. In the private area you can access e-practitioner profile. Afterwards you can assess your competences, go to the training module and fill in your e-portfolio.
